Mercure Milton Keynes Hotel

Hotel's breakfast was rich with hot meats & pastries and pastries, as for instance and could satisfy any taste. The facilities were modern too.

The hotel is stylish and recently refurbished with kind employees in all areas. The location is secluded, close enough to restaurant and desert. Got varied breakfasts with hot meats and pastries and very yummy.

The comfortable room was overshadowed by rude staff interactions.

I thought the servis from the staff was very good at all times and location is ideal

Food quality was poor, both dinner & breakfast.Air Con unit in room did not work.

Very good (English) breakfast. Spacious, clean room. However, the bathroom is a bit old.

Very expensive, rooms outdated and shabby, both swimming pool and spa out of use for customers and no reduction in rate, not very good choice on menu for meals,staff in dining room didnt seem to know what their roles were (both nights we stayed there).

I had a fantastic two-night stay, especially with the heated floors in the bathroom and the spacious room. The breakfast options were amazing and it was just a great experience overall!

Didn't like anything about the hotel, rooms were cramped, single beds were like rock, fold down sofa the springs were coming through mattress, room stinks musk smell tv reception was crap next to no channels for kids, main reason I choose this hotel was the swimming pool for the kids, another thing that didn't work unhappy children, breakfast wasn't a good standard either which should have been included in price, the menu very small not much to suit and again did not work for kids, I would not recommend this hotel and will write a formal complaint when I get home as the whole thing was shocking 470.00 for a brick hard bed is a joke as there was no other facility . we arrived early as we needed to be in the center of milton keynes by 1pm the staff were very good and went out of there way to get us checked into our room as we would not be returning until after midnight, they arranged a taxi to pick us up while we emptied our luggage, nothing seemed to be to much trouble

on the outskirts of milton keynes but that wasn't to much of a problem as taxi's are readily avaliable and a reasonable price

It was just a perfect match for a brief sojourn in Milton Keynes with reasonable value. The breakfast was decent, filling and provided enough for a good start to the day. Consider checking the prices at reception for breakfast before ordering.

The air con was broken so had a noisy fan in the room all night - the pool Znd spa were closed on arrival I didn't feel the hotel offered value for money - the rooms were dated and hallways tatty
